This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Property Platform Ltd (“Property Platform”) and the user (“User”) accessing and utilizing the real estate services provided by Property Platform Ltd.

1. Services:

Property Platform Ltd provides an online platform for real estate transactions, allowing Users to list, search, and engage in property-related activities. By using our services, Users agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. User Responsibilities:

• Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration and property listings.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Property Platform Ltd.
• Users shall not engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities on the platform.

3. Property Listings:

• Users are responsible for the content and accuracy of property listings.
• Property Platform Ltd reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate its policies or local laws.

4. Transactions:

• Property transactions facilitated through Property Platform Ltd are solely the responsibility of the parties involved.
• Property Platform Ltd is not a party to any transaction and is not liable for any disputes or issues arising from such transactions.

5. Fees:

• Users may be subject to fees for certain services provided by Property Platform Ltd. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated to the User.

6. Intellectual Property:

• All content on Property Platform Ltd, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Property Platform Ltd and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability:

• Property Platform Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of its platform.
• Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other Users and the outcomes of property transactions.

8. Termination:

• Property Platform Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate User accounts for violations of this Agreement or any illegal or fraudulent activities.

9. Governing Law:

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

10. Changes to Agreement:

• Property Platform Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
